Since the beginning we have implemented two ways of supply components: either using customers' drawings or through internal design, and the last one is our primary business!
As for seat design, our technical office examines several key factors, such as:
- Working conditions, like temperature and pressure,
- Compound compatibility with the fluid,
- Lubrication,
- Optimization of production cycles (tolerances and surface roughness).
Research is a fundamental part of our daily work; in fact, Kirmek's technical team is able to provide full technical assistance to customers when required.
Lathe operators use CAD/CAM software for the drawing management and for the creation of ISO programs.
In Kirmek we carry out 100% inspection on all parts and, thanks to the implemented marking system, we can guarantee full traceability of all produced parts.
